Ordering and Payment

Our online store is accessible 24/7, though occasional maintenance closures may occur. Only purchases during operational periods are valid.

How to Complete a Purchase

  2. When ready, click the cart icon and then “Checkout”.
  3. Enter your information and proceed to select a shipping method.
  4. Choose your payment method and enter credit card details on the secure payment page. Cancel your order anytime before clicking “Finish payment”. The amount will be deducted from your account once the item(s) leave our warehouse.

Acknowledgment of Receipt of Order and Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you’ll receive an order acknowledgment. A binding purchase agreement is established once you receive our order confirmation.

Shipping Terms

All orders are shipped free of charge via insured DHL services. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

 

North America: Delivery typically takes 3 – 5 business days.

 

P.O. Boxes: In some cases, delivery to P.O. boxes isn’t possible. We’ll contact you for an alternative address; if unavailable, the order will be cancelled.

 

For U.S. customers, all shipping and related fees are covered by us. There are no additional charges such as customs duties or local taxes for orders within the United States.

30 – Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return goods. To return or exchange an item, complete the return note and follow the instructions. New item requests require a separate order.

 

  • Return parcels to the nearest post office and record the tracking number.
  • Return shipping is free for all customers.
  • Parcels must be sent to the designated return address:

  • Include a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase. A completed return form speeds up processing.
  • Return items in their original condition, along with the receipt and return form explaining the reason for return.
  • Once we receive and review the returned item, the refund will be credited to your original payment account.

Refunds

Upon receiving returned goods, we’ll inspect them and refund the full purchase amount to your original payment account. Due to varying payment provider processing times, refunds may take up to 7 working days. Contact us if it exceeds the expected time.

 

Note that you may lose part or all of your refund if:

 

  • The product has been used extensively.
  • It was damaged under your care.
  • You handled the item beyond what’s necessary to assess its features.
  • You didn’t follow withdrawal restrictions related to product sealing or type.

Complaints

Your purchase is protected by relevant U.S. consumer laws. You’re entitled to a 24 – month warranty, allowing for repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the situation. The complaint must be valid and not due to improper use.
