You have 30 days to return your goods when shopping online at Liang Shan Sneakers. Your return right starts upon receipt of the goods. If you wish to change or return the item, you must complete this return note and follow the instructions. To get a new item, you must submit a new order.
Upon return, drop the parcel off at the nearest post office and record your tracking number.
Note: Return shipping costs are covered by us as we offer free shipping for all orders. Parcels must be sent to the designated return address, not to parcel shops, as we cannot pick up return packages from there.
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Additionally, including a completed return form will speed up the processing.
Return the package in the same condition as received. Enclose your receipt and the completed return form stating the reason for the return.

Note: We are not liable for the return package until it is in our possession.
When we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and refund you the full purchase amount (excluding any additional charges other than the product price). The refund will be transferred to the same account used for the purchase.

You may lose all or part of your purchase amount if the product is damaged or impaired because:
- You have used the product extensively
- It was damaged while under your responsibility
- You have handled the goods in a way that goes beyond what’s necessary to check its nature, features, and functionality
- You haven’t followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal related to product sealing, type, etc.
Your purchase is protected by relevant U.S. consumer laws. This means you have a 24 – month warranty. Depending on the situation, you can have a faulty product repaired, replaced, get a refund, or a price reduction. Of course, the claim must be valid, and the defect should not be caused by improper use of the product or other damaging actions.
